Olopatadine (Patanol) Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reaction reported during clinical trials with olopatadine therapy is headache. Other ocular adverse reactions reported include ocular irritation (burning or stinging), foreign body sensation, hyperemia, keratitis, blepharedema, and xerophthalmia. Non-ocular adverse reactions have also been reported and include asthenia, cold syndrome, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, and dysgeusia.
