Cleocin (Clindamycin) Administration
Oral Administration
- Reconstitute granules with 75 ml of water. Add a large portion of the 75 ml first and then shake the bottle vigorously. Add the remaining water and shake until the solution is uniform. Final concentration is 75 mg/5 ml. Solution stable at room temperature for 2 weeks.
- Administer with a full glass of water to avoid esophageal irritation.
